Who Can Apply
Instructional Leaders who turnkey trainings for district staff
Requirements
Only staff who plan to turnkey the trainings for staff may apply; participants must sign and return a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) once accepted; participants must submit data to the ECAS team and share a grant survey for LEA-trained staff to complete.
The ECAS Initiative and Amplify Education, Inc. have partnered to provide two (2), virtual, synchronous Training of the Trainers (TOT) sessions to instructional leaders across Texas. These TOTs will allow trained instructional leaders to turnkey the sessions to stakeholders in their district or open-enrollment charter.
The following topics will be offered; both topics include a 2-day training in which attendance at both dates is required: mCLASS Texas Launch: (DIBELS 8/English) Administration & Instruction Essentials (Formerly mCLASS Texas Initial Training)
Interested instructional leaders will apply for a seat for each of the TOT topics of their choosing. Each topic training session will admit 30 trainers. Preference will be given to those who have a plan to turnkey the presentation, as well as those who share tentative dates for training district staff. Recipient instructional leaders will be responsible for coordinating these trainings and identifying which staff will be participating.
